Our Approach

It's all about you and how we can add value to your business. We are driven professionals with years of experience and we want to see you succeed.

Those sorts of words and sentiments are easy to find on many websites. Our difference is that we don't let anything get in the way of superior customer service. It's easy to make all kinds of promises, but delivering is where it counts. And that's where our focus is, always has been, and always will be.

Our Story

The business precursors of Menchions Consulting Inc. have existed since the mid 2000s when Colleen began facilitating in the former CA educational program for the Atlantic School of Business. As this work grew, she took on both more and higher level assignments and now works within the Atlantic Region and Nationally. She has done this all while also serving at the management and executive levels in public practice and the not-for-profit space.

MCI has grown from that seed.

Meet the Team

Write something about the people who make your business go or your philosophy behind customer service.
Why? Because people want to know who they're doing business with. It's a human thing.

Andrew Menchions

Founder & Principal

I have considerable experience in both technical and business focused roles and I am able to combine both of these. I "speak" both Engineering and Business and am as comfortable in safety boots in the field as I am in the boardroom.

As an Engineer, I specialize in reliable and maintainable design and implementation of software. Over the course of my career, I've been responsible for the development of type-approved software expected to run without human interaction for up to a year at a time. I've worked in porting and certifications for enterprise software; as a software consultant for SMEs implementing an ERP for the first time, and as a tax credit adviser. I was recently also responsible for the design and development of the data collection and processing system for a robot designed to operate in the harsh environment of the North Atlantic.

I am a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
